Ethics

The Crescent Partnership has always maintained a high standard of care for both clients and candidates.

 

We often hold confidential information about clients (including occasionally Stock Exchange price sensitive information).  We will only release such information with the clear agreement of clients.  It will only be released on a “need-to-know” basis.

 

With candidates, we view everything they tell us (including their existence as a candidate) as confidential and nothing which in any way identifies them will be released to anyone without their permission.

 

Equalities

The Crescent Partnership has always striven hard to ensure that no form of discrimination will ever occur in its dealings with staff, customers, clients, candidates or suppliers.

 

As an employer we make no distinction (for employment suitability) on the grounds of sex, race, creed, age, colour or physical disability.  Hours of work can be varied (within reason) to suit individual’s circumstances and preference.

 

The significant factors are always a person’s attitude, competence, their suitability for the work involved and their potential for further development.

As a Recruitment Consultancy, we have no concern over the suitability of candidates for any appointments we are handling based on their sex, race, creed, age, colour or physical disability.  Nor would we work with or for a company which expressed any such discriminations.

Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form

Crescent Search and Selection believe in ensuring that it operates genuinely as a non-discriminatory firm, both with its own staff and when it works for its clients.

Wherever candidates apply to advertisements which we have placed, we would ask them to complete an Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form and send it to us.  It is kept completely separately from any other papers that they may send.
