Crescent has been in business for over 25 years. Traditionally we have concentrated on senior management/board appointments into industrial, commercial and public sector organisations. More recently we have established a legal division which (appropriately) recruits qualified lawyers largely for the professional firms. Whilst aiming to grow our activities in these two main areas, we are also open to other niche market suggestions.

The two senior partners of Crescent, in planning their retirement, wish progressively to pass the ownership of the business over to the remainder of the team when it has grown to achieve a sufficient "critical mass".

There are probably a few ways in which you might join us:

As an experienced senior manager from industry or the professions who enjoys developing his or her network of contact in a niche market sector or discipline and who would enjoy helping companies achieve by introducing the right quality person at the right time.

As an experienced legal recruiter who has good reason for moving to Leicester and could be interested in the longer term opportunity of achieving partnership without expenditure.

As an experienced accountancy recruitment consultant with particular experience of the senior appointments sector into the accountancy professional world, generally in London and major provincial cities.

As an experienced recruitment consultant with particular knowledge of and ability in another niche sector who would be interested in developing their business within Crescent to make it part of a larger whole.

As an experienced senior management recruitment consultant with prior industrial experience, probably with a following and again, for a good reason, has to move to Leicestershire.

We are team-based and we believe our clients deserve the accumulated wisdom of the whole company.

We are consultants as opposed to agency operators. It is the work we do before we start that makes recruitment successful!

We meet our candidates before they meet clients and must be able to describe what is right or wrong in their relevance to each other.
