Psychometric Test & Assessment Centres

Crescent works with one of the major and longstanding industrial psychological organisations which is in turn recognised by the British Psychological Society.  Tests used will be those relevant to what needs to be identified in the individuals, given the type of appointments being handled.
 
These can again be project managed for clients and can be particularly useful where multiple appointments of similar discipline and seniority are being made at the same time.
