Procedure
We will need an up-to-date CV with “broad-brush” statements of experience, details on dates and locations and an indication of preference for the future.
This would lead to a meeting with one of our experienced consultants to identify the necessary details of experience but also to concentrate on defining the right type of firm for the future to match experience, potential, personality and the ethos of firms involved.
Following that meeting, we will make contact with the various firms in the location to which your experience could be relevant. We shall take account of the level at which you are working, the future potential which you can identify and also the type of environment within which you wish to be. Our knowledge of firms involved enables us to give this advice and to work around it.
What we do expect however is that you will leave it to us to undertake this work as opposed to involving other recruitment consultancies as well. You can understand that multiple approaches on your behalf to a potential employer will inevitably confuse their view about you and possibly lead to them discrediting your interest in moving therefore exclusivity is preferred.
