We develop, inevitably, closer links with some firms and prefer the more detailed understanding of the mix of their work, their ethos, their structure and the broad ambitions relative to future development within which sits any particular need to recruit.
Essentially, we need this closeness as we shall effectively be “selling” an opportunity to your potential candidates.
Search (or "headhunting" as it is commonly known) is the predominant method used to identify candidates for legal appointments from Assistant Solicitor up to Partner levels. This is carefully and thoughtfully done and leads to an interview to establish candidate’s experience, personality and aspirations so as to best match the ethos and expectations of client firms.
We prefer an exclusive relationship – at least on an individual assignment basis – as this guarantees our commitment to satisfying your needs and the dedication of an experienced consultant. Exclusivity leads to a concentration of all our minds on what is really needed within your firm now and for the future rather than us reflecting merely on a general expression of hope.
